Midway MFG. ("we", "us") developed the mobile application
Cherry Master (com.dina.cmstr), distributed on Google Play.
This Privacy Policy explains what information the application collects, how it is
used, and the choices available to you. This policy applies solely to this application.
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, location, or any other personally identifying information directly.
The application includes third-party software development kits (SDKs) that collect limited data automatically:

The application displays advertisements. Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are shown a consent message managed through Google's User Messaging Platform before personalized advertising is served. You may change or withdraw your consent at any time through that message.
You can also reset or opt out of advertising personalization at any time in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
We do not operate our own servers and do not store user data ourselves. Data collected by the third-party services listed above is retained according to their respective policies. All data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
This application is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided such information, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of data relating to you. Because we do not hold user data ourselves, such requests should be directed to the relevant third-party service, or to us at the address below and we will assist where possible.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised accordingly.
