This Privacy Policy explains how H-index (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the mobile application Super Dodge Ball, Arcade. (package com.tcn.superdgb, the “App”), distributed through Google Play. This policy applies only to this App.

1. Information we collect ourselves

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect, store or transmit your name, e-mail address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, precise location, or any other personally identifying information on our own servers. We operate no user-facing servers for this App. All game data (progress, settings, high scores) is stored locally on your device and is removed when you uninstall the App.

2. Information collected by advertising (Google AdMob)

The App displays advertisements delivered by Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC. To serve and measure ads, the AdMob SDK collects and processes the following:

Data typePurposeCollected by
Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID / device or other identifiers) Advertising or marketing — serving ads, frequency capping, measuring ad performance and preventing fraud Google AdMob
Approximate, coarse device information (device model, OS version, general region derived from IP address) Advertising or marketing — delivering appropriate ads Google AdMob

This data is collected by Google, not by us. We receive only aggregated, non-identifying performance reports (such as total impressions and revenue) from the AdMob console. We do not use analytics SDKs, and the App does not collect app-activity or app-interaction data for analytics purposes.

Google’s handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and by How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

3. Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland)

For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present a consent form before personalized advertising is enabled. You may grant, refuse or later change your choice from within the App. If you refuse consent, the App remains fully playable and only non-personalized ads are shown.

4. Your choices and controls

5. Data sharing and sale

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We do not share information with third parties other than the advertising provider described in Section 2, and we do not receive personally identifying information from that provider.

6. Data security and retention

Data transmitted by the advertising SDK is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Because we hold no user data ourselves, we have no user records to retain or delete. Retention of advertising data is determined by Google under its own policies.

7. Children’s privacy

This App is not directed to children and is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us at the address below and we will take appropriate action.

8. Permissions

The App requests only the permissions required for its operation, including network access (to load ads) and the advertising ID permission (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID). It does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, call logs or precise location.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
